WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

 


WHOLESALE PRICING:
All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price), plus the cost of
shipping.  A complete product and price list will be sent to interested retailers.

HOW TO ORDER:

Call or email a list of product names and the quantities you’d like to order to jezebelsoaps@gmail.com or 519-709-8717. Please include your business name, email address and shipping address. Upon receiving your order, I will send you a digital invoice for the total charges.

OPENING ORDERS:
A minimum order of $300 is required on opening orders. Payment is required in full before items are
shipped.  


RE-ORDERS:
No minimum order is required for re-orders. Payment is required in full before items are shipped.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to jezebelsoaps@gmail.com within 24 hours.


METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through Square, PayPal, email transfer and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment.


DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Although your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.
Shipping/handling charges are calculated as follows:
Sales totals of $ 0 - $ 99.99 = $15.85 shipping
Sales totals of $100 - $149.99 = $17.27 shipping
Sales totals of $150 - $199.99 = $18.52 shipping
Sales totals of $200 - $299.99 = $20.36 shipping
Sales totals of $300+ = $22.97 shipping
Shipping will be through Canada Post expedited parcel post.


NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of my products are handmade. Due to the nature of my production method, each product may vary
slightly in appearance.


DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Jezebel Soaps & Perfumery at
jezebelsoaps@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned
merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise


RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. I only accept returns in the case of
defective merchandise as noted above.
